# List representatives

> Retrieve the persons who are legally authorized to bind a merchant in transactions, along with their verification status.

Legal representatives are individuals formally authorized to act on behalf of a merchant and bind them in legal and financial transactions – for example, managing directors or authorized signatories. Tilta requires at least one legal representative before a merchant can complete KYB onboarding.

Use this endpoint to review who is currently associated with a merchant and where each association stands in verification.
